Joy Chau I help high achievers who struggle with anxiety, stress & burnout to heal & awaken spiritually so they can become powerful healers for themselves & others

I help overwhelmed people with mental chatter, feelings of anxiety and disconnection to self and others. I use a variety of healing practices - Kundalini Awakening meditations, mirror work, self help care rituals, music, dance, movement and sound that alters brain wave patterns and a gentle touch that enhances to release trapped energies

Sometimes, a group healing experience opens the door to something more personal. 🤍

That’s why I’ve created the Deeper Experience as part of Energy Reset.

For those who feel called to explore a little further, this option gives you the opportunity to experience the energy of the group gathering, followed by some dedicated one-on-one time with me.

Your Deeper Experience includes:

✨ Our 2-hour Energy Reset gathering in Newtown, with Energy Healing, Kundalini, Sound and Reiki.

✨ A private 45-minute online Chakra Reading & Energy Healing session with me after the event.

Is it just Reiki? 🤍

Someone recently asked me this question after watching a glimpse of one of my Energy Reset sessions.

And I thought it was a lovely opportunity to share a little more about how I work.

Reiki is certainly part of what I offer, but over the years, my practice has evolved to incorporate chakra reading and balancing, intuitive energy healing, Kundalini and sound healing.

I don’t believe every person needs exactly the same experience.

Some people come feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Others are navigating changes in their lives, while some simply want a quiet space to reconnect with themselves.

My intention is always to meet people where they are, creating a supportive space for awareness, reflection and connection.

Whether it’s a private 1:1 session or a group Energy Reset, no two experiences are quite the same.

We were taking a break when this photo was captured, and it has become one of my favourites because it holds the story behind the photographs.

As my work continues to evolve under Joy Chau, I wanted the images for this new chapter to feel natural, warm and true to who I am. Having my dad behind the camera made the experience even more personal and meaningful.

A new chapter … and a beautiful space to welcome you into. 🤍

As I begin this next chapter simply as Joy Chau, it feels quite special to also have a new space where I can continue doing the work that has always been important to me.

I am now offering my private 1:1 healing sessions from the beautiful Inner Sanctuary Alchemy Centre of Excellence in Gymea. 🤍

When I first stepped into this room, I loved how peaceful it felt. It’s so light, fresh and vibrant. There was something about the space that will make you want to slow down, take a breath and simply be.

And that is what I intended these sessions for.

A little space away from the noise, the thinking, the doing and everything we carry in our everyday lives.

My sessions are personal and no two are ever quite the same. Depending on what you need on the day, we may work with chakra reading and balancing, Reiki, Core Energetics and Intuitive guidance.

Sometimes you may come knowing exactly what you want support with. Other times , you may simply feel something feels a little off… whether you’re tired, overwhelmed, disconnect from self or just need some space to reset.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you come.

Just come as you are. 🤍

Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been a little quiet.

I gave myself a two-month break where before- there was no way I could have had this amount of break. And I tell you what? It felt really good. I needed it.

But in that quiet moment, I’ve created space - to sit, reflect and listen to what feels right for me moving forward.

Uncertainty was huge. Lots of questions went inside my mind and I patiently and slowly waited for answers. Sometimes it came, sometimes not. There were lots of stillness, contemplation and inner conversation with self.

I came to a decision that wasn’t actually an easy one to make. But it just sort of happen...

After seven years, I’ve decided to let go of the business name "Joy Collection" and move forward simply as "Joy Chau*".

When I first created Joy Collection, the name represented a collection of the things I loved and knew how to do. Over the years, just like life, my work has evolved. Some things have fallen away, new things have emerged, and I have grown alongside all of it.

There is a part of me that feels emotional letting the name go because it has carried me through so many chapters. It was there when I began this journey, when I stepped away from the corporate world, when I started holding small meditation gatherings, and as my work grew into energy healing, coaching, workshops and deeper inner journeys.

But lately, something has been calling me to simplify.

Not to start again. Not to throw away everything I've created.
Simply to allow my work to evolve with me.

𝗦𝗼, 𝗝𝗼𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘂. 🤍

Over the coming weeks, you’ll gradually see the changes across my website, learning portals and other spaces. It won’t all happen overnight... and I’m actually okay with that.

I haven’t left. I’m still here.

I’m simply allowing myself to pivot towards what feels comfortable, aligned and genuinely calling me in this season of my life.

There are still parts of the path I don’t completely know yet. And perhaps that is part of this chapter too, learning that we don’t always need to have everything figured out before taking the next step.

Growth comes in many forms and sometimes it doesn't mean adding more... Sometimes growth asks us to simplify, have less than more and to come back to ourselves and allow what no longer fits to gently fall away.

So this isn't goodbye to the work I've created over the last seven years. No, no...

It's simply a new chapter.
