Not a bad attempt, but there's a reason frame fitting is left to the professionals.

Small things like even alignment on both sides, or how the arm sits behind your ear, are easy to get wrong. Bend it too much and it can actually cause discomfort down the line.

The good news is, if your glasses were properly fitted when you bought them, you shouldn't need to “prep your glasses” at all.

Frames can loosen over time with everyday wear, so if something feels off, pop into your nearest store and we'll sort it for you.
