I sat with a beautiful client today and one of her grandmothers came through to tell me this proverb and explain to me how the Pig loves the mud it enjoys it. It was an enlightening moment one that brought a deeper clarity to the conversation.

I never know exactly what to expect from each client session, it’s always lovely though when a dearly departed pops in and drops some wisdom in the room.

Psychic sessions are avail via the website link is in the bio. I don’t offer connections specifically to crossed loved ones though if they step into space during your reading I will always acknowledge them.

My psychic work I center around you and your energy field and your life path and what is flowing and what is not and most importantly how you can utilize the Information to best advantage 💜

The word witch has a history. And it isn’t quite the history we’ve been sold. The word witch was not originally a title created by the village wise person, herbal healer or midwife to describe themselves. There is no historical evidence for the popular claim that witch simply meant “wise person”

Our English word descends from Old English wicca (masculine) and wicce (feminine). By the late Anglo Saxon period these words were being used for people regarded as magicians, sorcerers or diviners. Old English sources also give us an entire vocabulary surrounding magical practice.

Gealdorcræftigan were people skilled in galdorcræft: enchantment and incantation. Scinlæcan were described as magicians, necromancers or sorcerers, with related scīnlāc referring to magic, sorcery and deceptive or supernatural appearances.

One particularly revealing source is the Laws of King Alfred, compiled in the late ninth century. It places gealdorcræftigan, scinlæcan and wiccan together while adapting a biblical prohibition against magical practitioners.

Much of the language that survives was preserved by Christian clerics, lawmakers and authorities describing practices they considered forbidden, dangerous, heathen or outside of Christian practice. We therefore need to be careful about assuming these were the names practitioners used for themselves. The word witch in fact became one of accusation, one of criminalization and a death sentence.

Today people willingly call themselves witches. The word has become an identity encompassing many different magical and spiritual traditions. It is a word reclaimed and there is magick in that. A word once placed upon people from the outside has, for many, become something chosen from within.

I will be discussing this history and alignment of magickal practice at MBS Festival on the Main Stage
In Sydney and Melbourne this year. ✨

Your roots are your truth, your ancestry, your lived experience and the values that remain when everything else falls away. This card asks you to return to yourself, to stop bending, chasing or abandoning your needs. You are home within yourself always held.

Like a tree preparing for the darker season, there is wisdom in drawing your energy inward. Protect what nourishes you and let go of what has already completed its cycle.

Rooted does not mean stuck, It means being so deeply anchored within yourself that change cannot break you as the winds rise, the seasons turn and life asks you to shed what you have outgrown. what is truly yours will remain woven into you.

Your power has never been somewhere outside of you. It lives in the bones of your story and in the roots that remember where you came from.

The Ace of Cups has appeared in the energetic shift, and its message could not be more perfectly timed.

As we move into a changing season, this card brings the promise of emotional renewal. The Ace of Cups is the first opening of the heart after a period of holding back, healing or simply feeling emotionally exhausted. It is the opening of the flood gates so to speak.

This may arrive as new love, a deepening relationship, restored hope or a powerful reconnection with yourself. Conversations may become more honest. Feelings that have been hidden may rise to the surface. You may finally recognise what nourishes you and what has quietly been draining your cup.

But remember, an Ace represents an opportunity, not a guarantee it doesn’t take away from you making steps. This season is not asking you to pour endlessly into people who offer you an empty cup, It is asking you to remain open without abandoning your discernment. To welcome love without shrinking your standards and to feel deeply without ignoring what you already know.

Let the changing season wash away what hasn’t been working for you, any stagnant energy and open you to new beginnings. 💜

Owning your truth is a superpower!

Please understand this, you cannot lose the right person because you know what you want. You can only lose people who are lost, undecided, unavailable or unable to meet you there.

Wanting clarity does not make you demanding.
Wanting commitment does not make you desperate.
Having standards does not make you difficult to love.

The right connection will not require you to silence your needs, shrink your desires or pretend you are comfortable with uncertainty.

Sometimes the hardest truth revealed in a relationship reading is not that someone has no feelings for you. It is that their feelings are not becoming choices, consistency or commitment.

Potential is not a relationship and chemistry is not compatibility. Your truth may close a door, but it will never cost you what was truly aligned for you. It simply stops you from waiting outside doors that were never going to open.

Relationship readings and coaching sessions are available for those ready to move beyond confusion, understand the patterns at play and make choices from self respect rather than fear.

You are allowed to know what you want, to speak your truth and to walk away when it’s not on offer. 💜

This comes up in psychic readings and coaching sessions far more often than it should. People are dating, but it’s going nowhere. Months pass, feelings deepen, intimacy grows, yet the connection remains undefined. No commitment and No clear boundaries. Just enough attention to keep hope alive, but never enough certainty to feel secure.

Afraid of appearing needy. Afraid of asking for too much. Afraid that owning the truth will make the other person leave.

You are allowed to want a real relationship. You are allowed to want commitment, consistency and clearly defined boundaries. You are allowed to ask where something is going and decide that a situationship is no longer enough for you.

Wanting clarity does not make you demanding. It makes you honest, it’s time to own your desires because if speaking your truth causes the connection to fall apart, your truth did not ruin it. It revealed that the connection could never hold what you truly wanted.

Sometimes choosing the relationship you desire means letting go of the place you are currently standing. A psychic reading can help you see the patterns, energy and possibilities surrounding a connection. Coaching helps you own what you see, strengthen your boundaries and make choices that honour the life and love you genuinely want.

You do not need to water down your desires to seem easier to love. To step into the life you want you must first decide what that life looks like, feels like and then you must take firm actions.

The Queen of Swords has left the throne, picked up her blade and has had enough of the overgrown nonsense. This Queen represents clarity, intelligence, independence and boundaries that no longer require a lengthy explanation. She doesn’t cut people down for sport. She cuts through confusion, manipulation, excuses and anything determined to block her path.

Her energy matters right now because many of us already know what needs to change. We’re simply exhausting ourselves trying to make the truth softer, prettier or more comfortable for everyone else.

The Queen of Swords reminds us that discernment is not cruelty. A boundary is not a punishment and saying “this no longer works for me” does not require a twelve page supporting document.

If it’s not right for you, take action The Queen is here to cut through the noise 💜

A story recently came to my ears and sadly it was not the first of its kind. A client had been warned that attending psychics, or entering a store displaying a pentagram, meant entering a place of “demonic energy.” I’m here to dispel that notion.

The pentagram is not a symbol belonging to one religion, movement or period. Its history stretches back thousands of years, long before modern witchcraft and long before the creation of modern Satanism. In the ancient Greek world, the Pythagoreans used the pentagram as an emblem associated with health, harmony and mathematical proportion. Its geometry contains the golden ratio, which repeats throughout the figure.

In medieval Christianity, the pentagram could carry explicitly Christian meaning. In the fourteenth century poem Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, the pentangle appears on Gawain’s shield as an “endless knot.” Its fivefold symbolism includes the five wounds of Christ, the five joys of Mary and five knightly virtues. It was presented as a sign of faith, integrity and protection, not evil.

In later Western esoteric traditions, the upright pentagram came to represent spirit in harmony with the four classical elements earth, air, fire and water. Many modern witches and Pagans continue to use it as a symbol of balance, protection and the relationship between the material and spiritual worlds.

Yes, an inverted pentagram containing a goat’s head became associated with the modern Sigil of Baphomet. However, that specific design developed through nineteenth century occult imagery and was formally adopted by the Church of Satan in the twentieth century. That is one particular symbol and one comparatively recent use. It does not rewrite thousands of years of history, nor does it make every five pointed star “demonic.”

A symbol must be read within its historical, cultural and personal context. A cross may represent faith, sacrifice or institutional power. Fire may warm a home or destroy it. A knife may prepare food or cause harm. The object itself does not contain a moral character independent of the person using it.

Intent, action and ethics belong to people. 💜

The Eight of Swords appears when fear has become louder than fact. You may feel trapped or unable to see a way forward, but this card carries an uncomfortable truth, not every restriction surrounding you is as solid as it appears. That Mind of yours can play tricks.

The swords represent the thoughts, fears and assumptions keeping you frozen. The blindfold shows that you cannot yet see the full picture. The loose bindings remind you that your power has not been taken from you, even if you aren’t accessing it yet.

So it’s time to trust the Universe and this means loosening your grip on fear long enough to recognise the opening already available. It means taking one honest step without needing to know exactly where the entire path leads.

You are not being asked to have every answer today. You are being asked to stop treating your fear as prophecy. Remove the blindfold and question the story keeping you stuck. Take the steps you can take, then trust the Universe to meet you there.

If you’re looking for a reading to help make your path clearer or understand where your energy is holding you back bookings avail via the website link in bio.
