📢 Looking for female client to be welcomed into a beautiful SIL apartment based in Bankstown NSW 2200.

We currently have a Supported Independent Living (SIL) vacancy in a comfortable, welcoming a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment designed to support independence, choice, and a great quality of life.

🏡 About the Home
• Comfortable and welcoming shared apartment with a female participant who occupies the other bedroom
• Safe, supportive and respectful environment
• Fully furnished common areas
• Private furnished bedroom with bed, mattress, comfy pillows, beddings, etc.
• Big closet to store personal belongings
• Giant Smart TV for movies
• Fast Internet Speed
• Heaps of natural sunlight coming into the apartment
• Huge Kitchen with incredibly spaced pantry
• Electric Stove & Oven
• Washing machine & Dryer
• Conveniently located close to shops, public transport, parks and community facilities - 4 mins drive to station, quick walk to bus stops
• Reynolds Avenue, Bankstown NSW 2200
• On the second floor - accessible via stairs

🔎 Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a female NDIS participant who would enjoy living in a friendly and respectful home environment.
The ideal resident may be someone who:
• Values their independence and personal choice
• Enjoys a calm and positive home environment
• Would like opportunities to participate in community activities
• Is looking to build confidence and daily living skills
• Appreciates respectful housemates and supportive staff

🌿 Support Available

✓ Personal care and daily living support
✓ Meal preparation and household tasks
✓ Medication support, where applicable
✓ Community access and social participation
✓ Assistance developing independent living skills
✓ Support with routines and appointments
✓ Goal-focused support
✓ Overnight support

📍 Location: Bankstown, NSW 2200
🛏️ Vacancy: Private room, shared bathroom with another participant
👩 Suitable for: Female NDIS participant
💰 Rent : $450 per week
🕐 Support: 24/7 SIL hours

We are so incredibly grateful to our internal teams and amazing support workers working together to make things happen. Big thank you to Anowah for arranging group music therapy at reasonable costs so that participants can benefit from excellent therapists such as Alex the Music Man!
