Increasing fibre in the diet doesn’t need to be difficult and here are some easy ways to boost your fibre intake with ease.

Fibre supports so many aspects of our health including feeding a healthy gut microbiome, reducing constipation, supporting skin health, immune function and lowering cholesterol.

Raspberries - approx 4g per half cup serve

Oats - approx 4g per half cup serve

Avocado - half a medium sized avocado will provide around 5g fibre per serve

Chia seeds - 5g per tbsp

Edamame beans - 4g per half cup
