Biofield Tuning in nature… the perfect healing synergy 💜

On my recent trip to France, I had the pleasure to stay at a beautiful property in the middle of nowhere.

It was a great joy to support several people with 1-1 Biofield Tuning sessions during a retreat held at the property.

With blue sky and sunshine, with the whispering of the leaves of the tree above, and with the murmur of the nearby stream, the calming and restorative energy of the tuning forks was potentiated manifold. 🌀

Life can be pretty serious and that’s okay as long as we remember that the best medicine for our hearts and our community is to Laugh, Sing, Dance and Play. 💜

I was so thrilled to have been part of a 5Rhythm Dance out in nature with a view up to an ancient castle and down into the valley below. The perfect space to allow all emotions move through my body đź’š

Allowing myself to feel all my emotions has been an ongoing learning curve.

don’t know about you but in my early years of life there were so-called good emotions, which were okay to express. The rest, was avoided or overtly or covertly deemed as inappropriate.

Yesterday’s ’Tune Into Your Dreams Circle’ was such a deep, warm and connecting gathering!

Diving into the depths, images and emotions of each dream and enquiring with curiosity as a group facilitated much cherished new perspectives.

A short 3rd Eye Chakra Biofield Tuning session and this sweet Dream Tea helped with the integration of our dream tending process.

May the insights from our dreams continue to awaken our consciousness! 🙏✨🌙

Our small in-person circle is not about “dream interpretation” or trying to force meaning onto dreams.

It’s about creating a safe and supportive space to:
• explore the symbols, meaning and messages of dreams
• reconnect with the inner world
• and share in genuine human connection

Our gathering will include:
✨ a short Biofield Tuning session
✨ dream sharing
✨ open reflection and discussion
✨ Blue Lotus tea

The circle will be intentionally small (up to 8 people) to keep the space intimate and supportive.

And you absolutely do not need to arrive with a perfectly remembered dream… fragments, feelings, symbols, or simple curiosity are all welcome.

Emotional Maturity

It’s not a skill you learn quickly… there are many layers to emotional maturity. They unravel like the layers of an onion.

If you are keen to deepen your ability to be with emotions of all kinds, here are my current top three tips.

1. Learn to pause before reacting

2. Stop making others responsible for your emotional state

3. Build the capacity to be with discomfort

All three are interrelated and need time and practice to become more proficient at them.

It’s important to remember that every now and then we will fail at them. Take responsibility for the failure and use it to learn.

Emotional maturity is a non-negotiable for being able to life in your own authority and in inner freedom.

- You’re open to intuitive exploration
We use the art of listening and open enquiry to support each person sharing their dream to deep dive into the messages of their dream.
