At St Leonards, it’s all about having fun. 😂

Back in March, I was lucky enough to be in the clinic when one of Ian’s long-term patients (and absolute legend from Physical Asia) walked through our doors. 🙌

Fast forward to today…

He casually picked up our physio Krystal like she weighed absolutely nothing. 💪😂

Then I looked at my photo with him and realised… I’m a lot shorter than I thought. 😅

And can we please talk about Ian’s face in the background? 🤣 After treating him for years, I don’t think even Ian was expecting that! That laugh is priceless.

We love moments like these. Great patients, plenty of laughs, and a clinic that always feels like family.

Thanks for always bringing the good vibes! Looking forward to seeing you again next week 💙

Our Bella Vista team had an incredible time supporting The Refinery Studio’s 24-hour fundraising event on Sunday! 🖤🏃

From taking on the treadmill to testing our grip strength in the Grip Challenge, it was all for a great cause. It was amazing to see the community come together to raise over $25,000 to support Make Bullying History and a local family in need.

A huge congratulations to for organising such an inspiring event, and thank you for having us be a small part of something so meaningful. 💙

It took us a little while to get our hands on the actual award, but our Sydney C*D clinic Local Business Award has officially arrived! 🎉

Looking back, it’s pretty incredible to see how far we’ve come.

From working out of a single treatment room, Ian and Sam have truly been the perfect duo – building, growing and creating something special together, one patient at a time. 💙

What started small has grown into an amazing community of patients, practitioners and supporters who have been part of this journey every step of the way.

This award isn’t just for us, it’s for everyone who has trusted us, referred their family and friends, cheered us on and helped make Tensegrity what it is today.
