As the year comes to a close, our yoga instructor at Sydney Rooftop Yoga, Akville, would like to express a big thank you to the students who attended classes at Adina Surry Hills this year. It has been an absolute pleasure practicing yoga with all of you.

Here is her message:

"Hi, everyone! Thanks for your support throughout the year. I truly enjoy practicing yoga with you all at Adina Surry Hills. Thursday night is always the highlight of my week. Some of you may know that I am from Lithuania. I have been enjoying Australia for the last few years, and I can proudly say that during this time, my life has been filled with yoga.

I've experienced all the benefits and have become healthier and happier. That’s why I want to share my knowledge and love with all of you in my classes.

As you read this post, I am on my way to Nepal. I am going to take a Vipassana course over there, which means 10 days of silence! I can't wait to come back and share this experience with all of you! Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!"
