We’re currently seeking qualified Arabic speaking Female support workers to join the growing team at Circle of Hope.

If you’re passionate, experienced, and ready to make a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you.

To be considered, you must:
⭐️ Be able to work both days and overnights on a rotating roster
⭐️ Have relevant experience in disability support
⭐️ Be able to work in a SIL environemnt
⭐️ Hold a Certificate in Disability (Cert III or IV)

Are you passionate about empowering people living with disability to achieve their goals and live more independently? We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Coordinator to join the team at Circle of Hope 💜

In this role, you’ll support participants through:
✔️ NDIS intake, referrals & plan reassessments
✔️ Connecting participants with Allied Health & community supports
✔️ Capacity building & promoting independence
✔️ Monitoring quality, safe and person-centred supports
✔️ Building strong relationships with participants, families & stakeholders

We’re looking for someone with strong NDIS knowledge, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
