I have managed nursing employment agencies since 1987, and have started about 12 of these for others. I feel it is essential that nurses fight for their rights, so advocate being in the nurses unions. Health is ever changing and the only reality is continuing education to empower a nurse to take control of their own career and lifestyle choices.
