💥 Victoria, this one’s for you.

Ready to step into leadership without giving up the flexibility of remote work?

Wellspace Australia is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to lead, support and grow our Victorian team.

This is a remote role; however, applicants must live in Victoria. Our Team Leaders are required to be based in the state they lead and can work remotely from anywhere within Victoria.

You’ll join an established national leadership structure with strong systems, genuine back-end support and a team that understands the work. Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching are all we do.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have substantial, direct hands-on experience across NDIS Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.

Our leaders must be able to provide credible, practical guidance across complex matters, quality, compliance and participant outcomes while confidently supporting the day-to-day practice of their teams.

While we value transferable skills and recognise that they are highly relevant across many professions, they do not replace the specialist knowledge and practical experience required for this position. We believe our teams deserve to be led by people who understand the work firsthand, have direct experience performing it and can provide informed, experience-based guidance and support.

Previous leadership, management, supervision or mentoring experience is highly regarded.

Why Wellspace?

🏁 More Than a Win — A Moment Worth Celebrating. 🏁

A huge congratulations to Scott Morgan from Scott Morgan Racing on taking out 1st Place (Masters) at Queensland Raceway in the Legend Cars category 👏

Seeing Scott and Seth out on the track, pushing themselves, competing hard, and showing up with consistency and determination, is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when people back themselves and give it everything.
