🌿 Creating calm minds, calm classrooms, and confident kids. 🌿

Through our 9D Kids Program, we’ve been helping students understand their emotions using our Problem Scale — learning to identify how “big” or “small” a problem really is before reacting.

By teaching children to pause, breathe, and regulate their nervous system, we’re giving them lifelong tools to handle conflict, stress, and overwhelm with calm and confidence. 💛

Every classroom deserves peace — and every child deserves to know how to find it within themselves.
