World Mental Health Day 💚

A good night's sleep won't solve everything, but it can make a difference to how we feel, think and get through the day.

When sleep is disrupted night after night, it can take a toll on our mood, concentration and overall wellbeing. And for some people, an underlying sleep condition like sleep apnoea could be part of the picture.

If you're constantly tired, waking up feeling unrefreshed or struggling to get the rest you need, it's worth having a conversation with your doctor about what might be going on.

Looking after your mental health includes looking after your sleep, too. 💙

Today is a reminder to check in with yourself, reach out to someone who might need support, and remember that looking after yourself isn't selfish.
