We had a set of keys handed in to the clinic today. If you think you left or dropped your keys in the rear car park next to the lane at Terrey Hills Shops, please get in touch. Looks like a few important ones on there 😬

Blue-sky research question....

How many postmenopausal women out there recall suffering moderate to severe PMS back in the day, and of those, do you have reduced bone density now?

Hi everyone, unfortunately we are having a technical issue with our landline right now 😭

We're working to resolve it as quickly as possible, but in the meantime, please use our mobile number, 0493 678 641 if you need to call us. We will also see replies to the SMS notifications we send, and you can email us at [email protected]

We'll update as soon as the issue is fixed. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Running the world (and the group chat)? This one's for you 🩷

You're the organiser.
The planner.
The memory holder.
The one who knows where everything is - and when everything is happening.

You build careers.
You raise humans.
You support partners, friends, parents.
You keep the wheels turning.

And while you're holding it all together.....
Your body is navigating periods, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floors, perimenopause - whole seasons of change!

Strong? Absolutely.
Capable? Always.
Invincible? Not quite.

You deserve support too.
Your health isn't a luxury.
It's the foundation that lets you do all the things you do.

So here's your loving nudge -
Book the appointment.
Do the strength work.
Take the walk.
Put yourself in the calendar.

We're here for women - in every season, every stage, every chapter

It's almost a wrap on 2025 🎄️🎉🥴

A big thanks to the community here for another year of your support! We gained another admin team member and the amazing Ali Cromme is now working her magic 4 days/week with us.

The last clinic day for this year will be Monday 22nd December for Megan.

We'll reopen on Monday 5th January 2026 (Ali reforms Monday 12th January) for all those um... Celebration Injuries 🤭

Wishing everyone a safe and Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year ✨️
