We went to Melbourne with three team members, our Sauna Dads, a top hat, and a sense of adventure.

We came home with FOUR awards.

When you run a 24-hour venue, getting the whole team, almost, in one room at the same time is basically a miracle ✨

Tonight the Sauna X crew traded uniforms for pyjamas for our mega strategy + team-building night 🛌🎉

We celebrated two birthdays — Gus & Josh 🎂🥳 — shared ideas for the future of Sauna X, ate way too much food, and had a lot of laughs along the way.

And of course… the Pyjama Competition got VERY serious 😂

Two very special moments in one night ❤️

Happy Birthday to Daz — our very own Bathhouse Daz. Thanks for bringing the Sunday vibes (and the occasional Tuesday magic). It’s become part of what makes this place feel like it does.

And a big (temporary) farewell to Pablo 🇫🇷

What can we say… Pablo has been an absolute force. Consistent, reliable, great with customers, great with the team — the kind of person every business hopes to find but rarely does. You’ve set a standard here, and you’ve left your mark on all of us.

This isn’t goodbye though — just a “see you soon.” The door’s wide open for your return.

It’s not every day you find yourself exploring a neon-lit labyrinth at 8:00 am on a Wednesday, but here we are! 🏳️‍🌈✨
Huge shoutout to the incredible team behind Q***r Renegades for making this happen. I just got this copy from the editor and I had to share.
The storytelling here is so immersive—it really captures that "out of my element" feeling while making you feel like you’re right there in the halls of Sauna X. A massive thank you to the crew for the killer interviewing and the editing; that retro, grainy aesthetic is absolutely perfect for the vibe. It’s rare to find a team that can take a deep dive into q***r spaces with this much heart and wit.
