National Carers Week Spotlight: Meet Muoy Kućan 💙

Muoy stepped away from her career in early childhood development to care for her mum, Tho Huoy Tan, who was living with advanced vascular dementia. For 15 years, she cared for her while also raising her son, Micah.

As dementia progressed, falls, wheelchair use and double incontinence brought Muoy to breaking point. The turning point came with expert guidance from continence nurses, the right-fitting products and better skin care, which gave her the confidence to keep caring at home.

We were proud to sponsor Continence Health Australia's Carer of the Year 2026 award, sponsored by Night n Day Group, which Muoy won for her devotion to her mum. Just days later, her mum suffered a stroke. Muoy brought her home, where she passed away peacefully in her family's arms under the apple tree. Our hearts are with Muoy and her family.

Now, Muoy cares around the clock for her 90-year-old dad, Gong, who has Parkinson's, alongside her father-in-law. Her brothers even handbuilt a ramp so Gong can enjoy his garden. His verdict? It's perfect.

Stripping sheets at midnight again? Let's talk about it 🌙

Bedwetting is one of those things families deal with quietly, but it's far more common than most people think. 1 in 5 Aussie kids wet the bed when starting school, and around 1 in 50 adults experience it too.

Here's the big one: it's not bad behaviour, poor parenting or a lack of effort. It's a medical condition, and it's nobody's fault.
