β¨ What is Myofascial Massage? β¨
Did you know your muscles are surrounded by a thin layer of connective tissue called fascia? When this tissue becomes tight or restricted due to stress, injury, poor posture, or repetitive movement, it can contribute to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility.
Myofascial massage uses slow, sustained pressure to help release these restrictions, allowing the fascia to soften and move more freely. Unlike many traditional massage techniques, little or no oil is used so the therapist can effectively engage the tissue rather than glide over it.
This gentle yet effective treatment may help with:
βοΈ Chronic muscle tension
βοΈ Neck and back pain
βοΈ Reduced flexibility
βοΈ Postural imbalances
βοΈ Improved movement and mobility
Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, helping you move and feel your best. π
