This week we travelled to Alexandria for advanced IPL skin treatment training. Even after decades in skin, we believe the best results come from never standing still: refining technique, deepening our understanding of how light interacts with the skin, and making sure every treatment is as safe and considered as it can be.

The last few months we committed to showing up consistently on social media with content that was genuinely educational — not promotional. We covered skin changes after 40. Pigmentation and its five distinct causes, rosacea, menopause skin. We discussed treatments such as HIFU, IPL, Endermologie, carbon laser, collagen, skincare routines, SPF myths, gut-skin connections and more.

We heard from many of you in the comments — questions, stories, things that resonated. And it reminded us that what women on the Northern Beaches need most isn't another before-and-after. It's clear, honest information that helps them understand what's happening in their own skin.
