I've been reflecting on the idea that our living space is a reflection of who we are, and it got me thinking - our body is a living reflection of our daily habits. The way we move, rest, and nourish ourselves shapes our posture, skin, energy, and overall well-being. I've noticed that many clients struggle with deep fatigue, often because they neglect to take time for themselves. As we enter Autumn, it's a great opportunity to reassess our lives, let go of what's not working, and make conscious adjustments. Creating new habits takes intention, consistency, and listening to our bodies. When we make the right changes, we feel more ease, clarity, and stability. Let’s start here with skin quality - our facial complexion shows how well our lung qi is. Shallow breathing, lack of body movement (particularly the arms) and poor diet (processed dead foods which lack vitality from the earth) show through the skin. Simple is always best when it comes to health. Not easy to action these steps if you’re used to putting everything and everyone in first place However, when you do take time to be human (not a machine) and give yourself the care it needs to function well these steps are vital.

Making health a daily ritual!
I came across adaptogenic hot chocolate last time I was up north. And have been adding this mix of cacao, reishi, chaga and ashwagandha daily in my chai. If you’re looking for emotional balance, stronger immune system and overall wellness and energy this is a delicious way to call it in.

Uncomfortable emotions are our messengers to help us heal and come back to love but when they become stuck we need to move them through via so many ways but my favourites are breath, mindfulness, physical movement, energy work, sound healing and acupuncture ❤️

Feeling a bit intense? Is it world events? Scorpio season? Halloween vibes? Maybe all of it… but you can shift it. Use water as therapy to connect back to our origins of balance and grounding. Set intentions, let go of pains in the shower, bath or ocean which amplifies the experience.
