Some people who are afraid of saying no and being judged.. 👇🏽

Are afraid of the part of themselves that might come out if they stop people pleasing and keeping the peace.

The “nice guy” or good girl often suppresses anger, boundaries, and assertiveness to avoid the consequences of confrontation.

So instead of risking disapproval, the nice guy/good girl sacrifices authenticity to stay safe.

This shows a disconnection and distrust with the warrior energy. When someone doesn’t trust that part of themselves, they become a shadow of it..

This is where initiation is crucial to bring wholeness and authenticity.

Shadow work helps us communicate with the unconscious, bringing awareness to the wounds, patterns, and defences shaping our lives.

Through that process, we reclaim the parts of ourselves we’ve rejected and move toward greater authenticity and wholeness.

Currently pondering and writing beside a castle.. reflecting on the important of shadow work. And how even though it’s been so deeply an apart of my life for the last 5 years.

There’s still so many people who just don’t even know about it. Or haven’t taken the sacred descent yet and met their shadow.
