We’re thrilled that MATES4U has been named a Finalist in the 2026 Randwick Local Business Awards!

To be recognised after just 2.5 years of serving our local disability community is an incredible honour.

This recognition belongs to our extraordinary team of support workers. Their passion, care and commitment make MATES4U what it is.

This recognition also belongs to our amazing participants whose enthusiasm for life, and willingness to embrace new experiences motivate us to keep growing MATES4U into a place where belonging comes first.

As a proudly family owned business, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that everyone deserves a sense of belonging. Seeing friendships & connections grow has been our greatest achievement.
Thank you to our participants, families, staff, volunteers and supporters for believing in our vision. We are beyond proud of what we’ve accomplished together over the past 2.5 years, and we’re only just getting started.
Wish us luck as we are now in the hands of the judging panel.

What an incredible team of support workers we have here at MATES4U! 💙❄️

Yesterday, our amazing crew came together to take part in the annual Polar Plunge, raising vital funds and awareness for Special Olympics Australia. We couldn’t be prouder of everyone who braved the icy water and got behind such an inspiring cause.

Thank you to everyone who supported, donated, and cheered us on. Together, we’re helping create a more inclusive community—one plunge at a time! 💙🙌
