Who else completed the Sydney morning herald half marathon yesterday ? Being prepared for an event is key - lots of training , stretching, balanced nutrition , less caffeine and good sleeps!
Feeling great today after some careful preparation - always remember to take it easy post run and look after yourself for quick recovery 👍🏼 Next one is the Gold Coast half marathon ! If anyone needs some running advice/tips/ program don’t hesitate to get in contact 🏃🏼‍♀️

Celebrating Mother’s Day with my daughter this morning with an 8km run to raise money for breast cancer - my favourite Mother’s Day tradition. Wishing all the mums out there a special day. ❤️

DRY NEEDLING FOR MUSCLE PAIN
Have you ever tried dry needling before? I am beginning to use it increasingly in treatment of myofascial pain. Accompanied with massage and ultrasound it can be very effective in treating muscle pain. Here I used them to help treat symptoms of peroneal tendinitis and ITB pain.
