I invite you to join me @ Dobroyd Sailing Club to share the practice of Yoga.

I offer a hatha class every Wednesday night from 6-7pm and a Restorative/yin class every Thursday mornings from 9.30am-10.30am.

At the end of each class you will receive a beautiful meditation sound bath with singing bowls that will leave you floating away.
