My name is Mel and along with my little business partner Flynn, we have enjoyed Kangatraining since he was 4 months old. Kangatraining is a great exercise program, specifically targeted at post-natal women that allows their babies to be included as well! We also offer PreKanga for our pregnant ladies, Powerhouse for our pelvic floor and Kangatraining Kids for our toddlers and PreSchoolers. If you

need something a bit more intense we now have KangaBurn (HIIT style class - mums must be at least 12 months postpartum). Like this page to stay up to date with class information & join us for Kanga time!
