This week, we hosted our Biggest Morning Tea in support of Cancer Council Australia.

As Australia’s leading cancer charity, the Cancer Council funds research, education, and support for people living with cancer every day.

Across our Residential Aged Care Homes, residents enjoyed a wonderful spread of cupcakes, pastries, cakes, slices, and pancakes, thanks to the generosity of the local businesses and community members below.

Carrington Comes Together for the Biggest Morning Tea

Carrington is hosting a Biggest Morning Tea to raise vital funds for the Cancer Council, which supports people affected by Cancer.

Across our care communities, staff and residents will be coming together to enjoy brunch, cakes, sweet treats, and raffle prizes, all in support of this important cause.

The money raised will go towards helping the Cancer Council continue its work supporting people living with cancer, as well as funding important research, education, and prevention.

Community is at the heart of Carrington.

We had the pleasure of thanking several local organisations who sponsored or assisted with last year's . The Fire and Rescue NSW 248 Camden, the Australian Lighthorse Historical Troop, the Camden Men’s Shed, the Camden Rural Fire Service, and the Macarthur Lions Club.

These wonderful community groups joined us at Carrington for a morning tea, where we showed them our appreciation for their support. Thanks to their contributions, we were able to raise important funds to invest in services and programs that make a meaningful difference in our community.

To everyone who contributed last year, thank you.

This year's Fair is planned for Saturday, 12 September. We hope to see you there.
