Don’t wait until something looks wrong!

A lot of people think you only need to see an orthodontist when braces are obviously needed, but that’s not really how it works.

An early visit doesn’t mean treatment starts straight away. Most of the time, it’s just about getting a feel for how things are developing.

We’re looking at how your child’s smile is growing, spotting anything early if needed, and figuring out the right time to step in (if at all).

Sometimes, the best advice we can give is simply to let things grow a bit more.

Today is R U OK? Day - a reminder to check in with the people around us, not just today, but any day.

You don’t need to have all the answers.

Sometimes it starts with asking, “Are you OK?” and making the time to really listen.

Check in with your friends, your family, your colleagues and the people who might seem completely fine.

A little care can go a long way 🩵
