October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

Every day, 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer. Every year, over 3,300 people, including 40 men, die from the disease. But since 1994, the death rate has fallen by more than 40%, largely thanks to research.

This week is also Men’s Breast Cancer Awareness Week (17 to 23 October). Breast cancer can affect anyone.

Day 1: Skin may look pink and feel warm and tight. Keep it simple with a gentle cleanse and hydration.
Day 2-3: Skin may feel dry or look slightly flaky as it renews. Avoid picking.
Day 4-5: Skin typically begins to settle and feel smoother.
Day 7: Many people are back to their usual routine, with SPF every day.
