Broken capillaries, redness, rosacea? The Excel V+ laser targets these visible vascular concerns. The laser targets deeper blood vessels, while the cooling hand piece keeps the epidermis at a safe temperature, it will reduce the redness and discomfort and making the treatment more comfortable. It also helps decrease the inflammatory response after treatment.
