This month our focus is on April Falls. Falls are a major public health issue in Australia, resulting in ~250,000 hospital visits and contributing to over 6,500 deaths each year.

Remaining physically fit and active, especially in the danger zone over 65 years of age, helps to improve balance, mobility and strength, reducing the risk of falls and injuries from falls.
