And I think that’s something so many of us forget along the way.

We become parents, partners, professionals, carers, problem-solvers…

We collect experiences, beliefs, expectations and responsibilities.

And somewhere amongst it all, we can lose touch with the very person living that life.

Today I felt really blessed. 🤍

I had two beautiful clients come through my door today.

One was recommended by one of my existing clients, and the other through a very long-time childhood friend.

And I found myself thinking… this is why I do what I do.

Yes, they came for a reason.
Yes, there was something they wanted support with.

But underneath all of that, I got to watch them soften.

To feel safe enough to drop some of what they’ve been carrying.

To be heard.
To be seen.
To reconnect with their true selves — their own unique blueprint — rather than who they think they should be.

That is the part of my work I will never stop feeling grateful for.

After almost 30 years, so much of my business is still built through people saying:

“Go and see Karine. I trust her.”

And that means more to me than I can put into words.

Because whether we’re working with skin, body, mindset, nervous system or something deeper, for me it has always been about the whole person.

Helping someone come back to themselves. 🤍

Today was a beautiful reminder that perhaps my work isn’t about changing people at all.

It’s about creating the space for them to remember who they already are.
