Learning is even more meaningful when it benefits others. 🌼

When we came across a LinkedIn post from RELOVE RETHINK RESPECT looking for support, we knew our Gardening & Sustainability participants could help.

Together, they turned recycled containers into resources, created potted plants using donated materials, and helped make newly furnished homes feel even more welcoming.

Behind every great participant outcome is a team that never stops growing.

We recently had our mid-year Staff Development Day, spending the day:

✅ Reflecting on our values
✅ Strengthening our culture
✅ Asking ourselves how we can keep showing up better for the young adults, families and communities, who we serve

In such a crucial time for the disability sector, we refuse to be just another service. Co-Hive exists to drive real change, and that starts with a team that leads with heart, shows up with conviction, and genuinely believes that every young adult facing barriers to independence, deserves a better future.

We are grateful for a team that takes that seriously. Thank you, Kerri Blackstone of Blackstone Training, for facilitating such meaningful discussions in helping shape our organisation.
