A huge congratulations to Wayne Cahill.

Wayne has just returned from Boston after completing his 9th marathon and officially ticking off all of the World Marathon Majors.

He was awarded a very special medal celebrating every major city he has run through and conquered along the way.

Now, with one more marathon in his sights, it feels pretty special knowing that his 10th will hopefully be right here at home in Sydney.

An incredible achievement from an incredible member of our running community.

May isn’t even over yet, but we already have our Member of the Month.

A huge congratulations to Jen Palmer, our Member of the Month for May.

This month alone, Jen completed her 200th class at Flow, has been absolutely smashing every class she attends, and is currently leaps and bounds ahead in our Yoga 20/30 Challenge, gunning for 20 yoga classes in 20 days!

Jen is always such a joy to have in the studio and is a great inspiration for anyone who has ever felt nervous about jumping into a new class.
Congratulations Jen, we love having you as part of the Flow community.
