What an incredible weekend of friendships and new skills celebrating our newest Reiki Practitioners at Gassho Wellness Centre in Neutral Bay.

Over two beautiful days, we shared hands-on Reiki training, auric healing. distant healing, meaningful connections, personal growth and the joy of discovering the confidence to support others through Reiki.

✨ What a way to end the week!

Two days. A room full of beautiful energy. New connections. New friendships. And so much Reiki! 💜

I’ve just wrapped up two wonderful days of Reiki training, and I’m feeling incredibly grateful.

Together we explored and practised:

✨ Distant healing
✨ Aura healing
✨ Healing the past
✨ Chakra balancing
✨ Deepening our connection with Reiki
✨ And, of course, plenty of laughter and connection along the way!

One of my favourite parts of teaching Reiki is watching a group of people arrive as students and leave feeling more connected - to themselves, to Reiki and to each other.

There’s something pretty special about learning, practising and sharing healing together. 🤍

After 20 years of professional Reiki teaching, I still feel so privileged to witness these moments.

Yesterday I watched a beautiful group of people arrive as strangers and leave as a little community.

Our Beginners Reiki Level 1 day was filled with learning, practising, sharing, laughter … and those lovely moments when new friendships begin to form naturally.

For me, teaching Reiki has always been about so much more than learning the technique.

It’s about creating a safe space to explore, connect, grow in confidence and perhaps discover a little more of who you are along the way.

A heartfelt thank you to Adrian Stott for generously gifting us copies of his newly published book, Goodbye Pain, Hello Peace: Healing, Self-Love and Joy. Such a beautiful addition to our day. 🙏

I’m so grateful to everyone who joined me yesterday and brought their openness, curiosity and beautiful energy into the room.

Here’s to new beginnings, new friendships and trusting the journey. ✨

This day changed everything. ✨

I didn’t know it at the time, but standing here was the beginning of a journey that would change the way I deeply understood purpose and my own path through life.

Reiki found me almost 20 years ago.

At the time, I wasn’t looking to become a Reiki Master or teach thousands of people.

I was simply looking for something that could help me through an emotional time in my life. To feel more grounded, more connected and more at peace.

What began as a personal journey became something much bigger.

Reiki helped me to go within.
To heal my heart.

To reconnect with what felt meaningful.

And, over time, to find greater clarity around the path I was meant to walk.

That’s what I love most about Reiki.

You don’t have to want to become a practitioner.

You don’t even have to know exactly what you’re looking for.

Sometimes you simply want to feel less stressed.
To quiet the noise.
To feel more like yourself.
To find your way through a crossroads.
Or to reconnect with the part of you that already knows what comes next.

And sometimes, that’s where the journey begins. 💜

The greatest gift we can give our clients and loved ones is the ability to support them from afar.

Distant Reiki allows us to continue offering healing when someone can’t attend in person — perhaps they’re unwell and need to receive healing from the comfort of home, or they’re living overseas.

My Distant Healing Workshop is designed specifically for Reiki Level 2 Healers, Practitioners and Reiki Masters who want to strengthen and advance their distant healing skills.

Together, we’ll explore how to:

We often think healing starts with fixing the body.

But what if it starts with creating an environment where the body can do what it was designed to do?

When we’re constantly stressed, our nervous system remains on high alert.

Sleep suffers.
Digestion changes.
Energy drops.
Emotions become harder to regulate.

One of the beautiful things I witness in Reiki sessions is the moment clients finally let go.

Their breathing slows.
Their shoulders soften.
Their whole system remembers what calm feels like.

That isn’t magic.

It’s the body shifting from survival toward restoration.
