July school holidays are coming up, and McCall will be running a range of Occupational Therapy-led group programs for children and young people in Campbelltown.

Groups include Social Skills, Play & Learn, Minecraft, and Intensive Feeding.

Each group is designed to be fun and engaging, while supporting children to build skills, confidence and connection in a group environment.

Programs start from 7 July 2026 and places are limited.

Suitable for children with NDIS Capacity Building supports.

This is a reminder that McCall Allied Health appointments in Campbelltown are moving.

From Monday 15 June 2026, Allied Health appointments currently held from the Shine Shed will move to:

5 Kingsclare Street, Leumeah NSW 2560

There will be no interruption to Allied Health services. Clinicians will speak with clients and families about the change and confirm details for any upcoming appointments.

This move brings Campbelltown Allied Health appointments closer to McCallโ€™s current Leumeah Allied Health services.

Recently, team members across McCall locations have been completing fire safety training.

The training covered evacuation procedures, how to use fire extinguishers and fire blankets, and how to respond safely in different emergency situations.

Itโ€™s an important part of helping keep team members and people living in McCall homes and participating in our spaces safe.

Recently, Mark - a huge train ethusiast - made the trip from Riverstone to Richmond by train, with a milkshake waiting at the end of the journey.

Outings like this hold a lot of meaning. They give people the chance to travel, make choices, spend time out-and-about and enjoy activities that are important to them.

One of Ronโ€™s NDIS goals this year was to have mini-break in the city.

Recently, he made it happen.

Supported by McCall, Ron caught the train into Sydney and spent two nights enjoying some of the cityโ€™s best spots, including the Chinese Garden of Friendship, dinner at The Star, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, and time out exploring the harbour.

Many people delay seeking support because they're unsure where to start.

Do they need physiotherapy? Imaging? A specialist? Something else entirely?

In this video, Senior Physiotherapist Josh explains why the first step is often simpler than people think.

A physiotherapy assessment helps build a clearer picture of what's happening and identify the most appropriate pathway forward. That may involve ongoing treatment, a home-based program, further investigations, or referral to another professional where appropriate.

You don't need to know the solution before reaching out. Sometimes the most important step is simply starting the conversation.
