ths. My philosophy involves identifying then correcting imbalances & areas of weakness. As well as educating my clients about the intention of progressing efficiently using an individualised plan to promote success and longevity in their results. I believe training is not only about your end goal, but enjoying the process and having fun (almost!) every step of the way. At some point in time, you were told that the feelings in your body were too much and to just ignore them.

Yes, it will be smart to put the phone away and focus in on your own little world for a little bit, but what if, when you focus on your own little world, you're actually not happy in the environment that you're in?

Society tells you a cover model is small, and beauty is small. It's funny how baggy clothes are often marketed on small women.
Then we wonder why we push out having our first meal so we can work harder at the job we don't even like, to buy the clothes to impress people who don't even like us, and starve ourselves to fit in to said clothing.

When we finally end the day, we can't even face ourselves, so it's much easier to get lost in the deep abyss that is your reels, shorts, and TikToks.

There is a little girl inside of you (or boy) who has been told to just shut up, "I'm still working," and told her needs are too much, so over time we quashed them down, and we wonder why our body gives us all of these symptoms and aches and pains.

Health and fitness is far deeper than just looking "better" and feeling more confident in your own skin.

It's actually about making those deposits back to fill your cup up

if she's telling you, "Hey, I'm hungry", maybe it's a sign you should have a proper meal.

If she's telling you, "Hey, I'm tired", maybe it's a sign you should put the phone away.

SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) can sound big & scary if it’s the first time you’re hearing about it.

But one of the best fun facts I can give you is that you can (in most cases) resolve A LOT of your symptoms within the first 4 weeks of identifying it by making a few, small but powerful lifestyle + dietary changes.

“An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure” so getting on top of something once you realise its not actually normal can be one of the most powerful things you can do.

I thought smelly smelly farts, unpredictable bowels & costant bloating after particular foods was normal really only up until a few years ago.

But its actually NOT, and it doesn’t have to be if this is currently where you’re at.

Currently at I am expanding my pool of resources, knowledge base, & education on understanding the more complex issues of my wonderful women on the team.

Most women who coach with me 1-1 are hard working, successful, busy women either building their careers, or comfortably established within their roles. But burnout is probs a sign that balance needs to be restored - & thats where my 1-1 work comes in.

But it’s doesn’t have to be.

Train right and you can still progress even if you can’t train a body part properly for few weeks.

To simplify things for the IAS Community, I’ll usually just throw together a “while you’re recovering” workout to
-simplify their sessions
- reduce the overwhelms/confusion “what should I be doing” moments
- coach them through it too.

& I have partnered together to create a spicy women’s morning experience June 21st starting at 8:00am. 🌶️

We will run through a 45 minute strength, pilates, cardio workout with ALL OF THE VIBES. 💃

The first 18 tickets will be reserved for 8am start time ⏰

The following 18 tickets MEANS WE MIGHT OPEN UP A 9am start time ⏱️
