Jerome Plaisance is assisted by many other fully qualified instructors with a wealth of experience. They deliver a genuine, caring approach to rehabilitation and fitness, using the best Pilâtes equipment and method. The team is dedicated to developing a program that respects your individual goals and needs in order to achieve optimal results from athletes to beginners and even those suffering pain

or injury. To maximise the quality, all classes are private, semi-private (couple). Bondi Junction Pilates ONE ON ONE classes include:

• general toning and strengthening programmes
• reconditioning and strengthening programmes after back and hip injuries
• pre-and post-natal Pilates
• mat classes for all levels
• private studio sessions
• private mat sessions. Bondi Junction Pilates studio is conveniently located at Suite 9, Level 1, 51-53 Spring Street in Bondi Junction. Car parking is available at the nearby Westfield shopping centre.
