Shoulder stability is a key part of rehabilitation for upper limb injuries.

It relies on the coordinated contraction of the rotator cuff and scapular muscles to keep the humeral head correctly positioned in the glenoid fossa of the scapular during movement.

An excellent way to train this is in weight bearing positions such as those in the video above ☝🏼

Do you have pain above your kneecaps when you do wall balls, lunges, sled, ruinning?

It may be Quadriceps Tendonpathy

Here’s a quick taping technique using rock tape that could provide supported relief.
What you need:

1. 4 pieces of tape, 2 x 15 cm, 2 x 35 cm
2. knee positioned at 80-90 degrees of flexion/bend
3. Apply the 2 longer pieces from just below the bump under your knee up over the knee cap and onto the upper thigh, 50% overlapping.
4. Apply the 2 shorter pieces from outside to inside overlapping 50% just above the kneecap.
5. Re assess squat.

Then you’re off and ready to go!
