Are you looking for a quick fix? It could come at a big price- I saw this article about weight loss drugs: https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1GjWBGZJ5C/?mibextid=wwXIfr

It can hard and frustrating trying to lose weight, but if you create one habit at a time you will look back and see the journey was worth it.

I am taking on PT clients online- reach out if you need help, accountability and for me to guide you through to a healthier life.

On 22 April at 7.32am we welcomed our healthy baby girl Caoimhe Hannah into the world. I look forward to sharing my recovery and return to fitness with you. Hoping this little fire horse has her mum’s fitness genes.

Today marks another work milestone with my last day teaching until I take leave. I’m unsure if the opportunity will be here when I’m ready to return, or if this is what I will want to return to.

I was offered the opportunity to return to ALG two years ago and I’m glad I took it.

I am truly grateful for so many amazing opportunities to share my knowledge and grow. I have met some incredible students who have very bright futures ahead of them, and worked with some great humans. Thanks to those of you 🏋️‍♀️
