Tired of hearing people undermining pilates?

Pilates is strength training in disguise. Your core, glutes and those sneaky little stabiliser muscles are working overtime.

Tell that to your legs the next day. Heart rate up, muscles shaking, walking a little funny for 48 hours.

Flexibility isn't the entry fee, it's the reward. You don't need to touch your toes on day one, you just need to show up.

Absolutely not. Rotational strength, injury prevention, a core that actually works, we welcome everyone.

Yoga's all about flow, breath and finding your zen. Pilates is precision, control and building strength from the inside out.
