After a big few months, this couldn’t have come at a better time. 🧡🌴
This week we’re in beautiful Bali for some much-needed R&R together as a family, and I’ve decided to make it a digital detox week.
As much as I love what I do, running a small business doesn’t come with set holidays, forced annual leave, or a guaranteed Christmas shutdown. We fit work around our lives, our families and our clients, which often means working whenever we can.
That’s why taking time to switch off has to be intentional.
I often remind my clients that if something matters, we have to schedule it intentionally. Rest is no different. As a Nutrition Coach, I try my best to practise what I preach whenever life allows me to.
So… here goes. 💛
This week I’m choosing:
📱 Less time on my phone.
🌴 More time being fully present.
🧠 Space to think, reflect, write, read and let my mind wander for a while.
I’m also looking forward to hanging out with my boys and listening to all their little chats… although knowing them, there’ll probably be about 12 seconds of chatting before they’re off chasing each other, building something, or asking me to come and play another game. 😂
And that’s exactly the point.
To be fully present in whatever adventure they’ve dreamed up next. To listen to their little stories, hear their big ideas, and see the world through their eyes for a while.
Because sometimes slowing down is exactly what allows us to move forward.
To my wonderful clients, you already know how to reach me if you need me. You invest in personalised support, and that doesn’t change.
Any new enquiries while I’m away will be responded to when I’m back in one week’s time.
For now, I’m pressing pause on NuTrishtion for one week, so I can reconnect with my favourite people, refill my cup, and come back rested, inspired and ready to support you all. 🧡
See you in one week. 🌴
