This Saturday 10 October, we’re opening our doors for World Mental Health Day with FREE classes for our local community in support of Lifeline Northern Beaches.

Come on your own, bring a friend, and join us to move, connect & unwind together.

✨ Aerial Magic & Mindful Adventures ✨

Our 2-week Kids Aerial Yoga Workshop runs on Tuesdays, 15 and 22 September at 4pm and is the perfect introduction to our weekly Term 4 classes that will run at the same time*.

Combining movement, mindfulness and play, children will build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence while nurturing creativity, curiosity and calm. They’ll learn in a safe, supportive environment alongside the same group- making new friends, celebrating milestones and discovering the joy of movement.

Some 🌸 flowers 🌸 are simply beautiful. Others carry a little more meaning.

Billy & Daisy and Luxe Collective are hosting a Pink Bloom Party to raise much-needed funds for breast cancer research, support and awareness - and we would love for you to join us.

Dani from Billy & Daisy will guide us as we create our own gorgeous pink floral arrangements, with morning tea, bubbles, plenty of chatting and connecting with lovely people along the way.

But this morning is about so much more than flowers.

It’s about the women we love.
The women we’ve lost.
The women currently fighting.
The survivors.
The families standing beside them.
And every person whose life has been touched by breast cancer or any cancer at all.

Come and make something beautiful while helping make a difference.

Honestly, I was incredibly hesitant to do this workshop.

I’d like to think I’m pretty confident with my spoken voice, but anything beyond that has always petrified me.

I went in not even planning to open my mouth.

But as soon as the sound started to fill the room, the energy became palpable. It was like we became one. I completely let go. I don’t even know what sounds I was making - and for once, I didn’t care.

I felt liberated. Brave. Like parts of me I didn’t even know needed awakening had come alive.

Singing together felt like singing in the car with the windows up or in the shower - that freedom when you forget anyone else is there.

I walked out feeling like I was floating on a cloud. I wanted it to last forever.

Trust me, give it a go. You won’t regret it.
