Now might be a good time to reintroduce myself—especially if you’re new around here! 👋🩷

Hi, I’m Sally, a Health Coach for busy, midlife women who are ready to feel better than they have in years!

I’m also a mum of 3 (twins + ADHD in the mix!) and dog mama to Pepe 🐶—so I get the juggle, the exhaustion, and the desire to finally put yourself back on your own priority list.

After navigating my own journey through perimenopause, burnout, and a major lifestyle reset, I now help women 40+ break free from the stress-weight-fatigue spiral and build habits that support real energy, improved hormonal balance, confidence, and longevity.

✨ I’m obsessed with:
– Cooking healthy meals that don’t take forever
- Gardening to grow organic food for said healthy meals
– Personal development books + nerdy health podcasts
– HIIT & Pump classes, natural skincare, and fancy restaurants
– Reality TV + wellness docs (because people fascinate me!)

What I offer:

What food, habits, or people would you remove from your life? 🤔

Here are a few suggestions in case you are stuck for ideas.

Foods to remove: Refined sugar and carbohydrates, alcohol, processed junk food, and industrial seed oils such as vegetable oil.

Habits to remove: Procrastination, negative thought patterns, watching the news, reading gossip magazines, gossiping, complaining, and avoiding taking action on your big goals!

People to remove from your life: People who don't fully support you when you're going after your big goals, people who drain your time and energy, and people who are just generally toxic to be around.

What are you going to remove from your life? Let me know in the comments! 🥳

Quinoa Sesame Cookies! 🍪

These are great cookies for kids' lunchboxes as they are rich in protein, but don’t contain any nuts. They are also a good source of calcium, with Tahini and sesame seeds in the mix.

Ingredients

1 cup of sesame seeds
1 cup of desiccated coconut
1 cup quinoa flakes
1 cup gluten-free plain flour
3 tablespoons tahini
1/2 cup of coconut oil
2 organic eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons bicarb soda
a pinch of salt

Method

Preheat oven to 140C.

Add sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, quinoa flakes, gluten-free flour, bicarb soda, and salt to the Thermomix or food processor and process 5 seconds/speed 5 or until it forms a smooth powder. Set aside. Add coconut oil to the Thermomix bowl and heat 100/1 min/speed 1. Then add maple syrup, tahini, and vanilla extract and mix 5 seconds/speed 5. Whisk eggs and pour into the dry mix, and then add the maple syrup mixture and stir well.

Dollop tablespoon-sized serves of mixture onto a lined cookie tray, allowing room for cookies to spread when baking. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.

Store in an airtight container once cooled. If you happen to have any left over. My kids gobble these up fast! 😂
