Lifeline Northern Beaches,Mosman to Kirribilli are very proud to announce we are bringing our new Lifeline Connect service to Mosman, starting this Friday 16 October.

Every Friday, 2-4pm, you can drop in for a free, confidential conversation with a trained Lifeline supporter. No appointment, no referral, no Medicare card needed.

You don't need to be in crisis to come - if something's been on your mind, or you're not sure who else to talk to, this is a space to be heard.

Local lawyers Knoke Legal, M de Mestre Lawyers, and E&A Lawyers are coming together to support their local Lifeline with the Wills for Lifeline Day, offering their expert Will-making services for a fraction of the usual rate. All fees will directly support the services of Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli.

Saturday was World Mental Health Day, and we spent it moving, dancing, running and connecting with the people around us. We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up, joined in, donated and supported one another.

Looking after our mental health doesn’t have to happen alone and today was a beautiful reminder of that.

Planning for the future is one of the most considerate things we can do for the people we love.

On Friday 20 November, Knoke Legal, M de Mestre Lawyers and E&A Lawyers are coming together for Wills for Lifeline Day, held at Knoke Legal in Dee Why.

For a small fee, you can have a standard Will prepared with the guidance of an experienced local lawyer. All fees go to Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli, supporting crisis and su***de prevention services in our local community.

Having a Will in place gives your loved ones clarity and peace of mind, and makes sure your wishes are respected.

This World Mental Health Day, come and connect with us at Queenscliff.

This Saturday 10 October our Lifeline Connect team will be joining Vipers Run Club as part of Move for 60, a 60-hour continuous run raising funds for Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli.

While the runners keep moving, our team will be there 8am-12pm offering free, confidential conversations and a listening ear.

You don't need to be in crisis to reach out. Whether your feeling stressed, overwhelmed, lonely or simply need someone to talk to, Lifeline Connect offers a safe, welcoming space to talk with a trained Lifeline supporter.

No appointment. No referral. No pressure. Just someone to listen.

Modern Movement is opening its doors this World Mental Health Day.

Movement is something we show up for every day, and it's not always just about the physical side of it. It's the regulars who've become friends, the small check-ins before and after class, the room feeling a little lighter by the end.

That's part of why we're taking part in One Big Move for Lifeline, supporting Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli.

This Saturday 10 October, we're opening our doors at our Mona Vale and Balgowlah studios for free Vinyasa and Yin flow, open to the wider community. If you've never trained with us before, this is the day to start.

Come as you are or bring a friend, we'll see you on the mat.
