🌿 Ayurveda Day 2026 – A Celebration of Ancient Wisdom, Modern Research and Holistic Wellbeing 🌿
It was a great pleasure to celebrate Ayurveda Day 2026 at Launch Pad, Western Sydney University, in collaboration with the Australasian Association of Ayurveda (AAA), Consulate General of India (CGI), Sydney, and the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
The event brought together distinguished speakers, community leaders, healthcare professionals and Ayurveda enthusiasts to explore the importance of Ayurveda in modern healthcare and its role in building a healthier and more sustainable future.
✨ Special Highlights of the Event
Our main attraction was the presence of the newly appointed Ayurveda Chair, Dr Asmita Vele, accompanied by her husband, Mr Ashish Vele. Their presence added special significance to the celebration.
We were privileged to hear two insightful and knowledge-rich presentations from our distinguished speakers, who shared valuable perspectives on Ayurveda, its global relevance and the importance of integrating traditional wisdom with modern research.
A special highlight was the wonderful meditation session conducted by Amit Karalkar from Mita Meditation, which offered participants an opportunity to experience mindfulness, inner calm and holistic wellbeing.
