I recently had the pleasure of running a Breathwork and Sound Therapy session at .northsydney , and two things stood out for me:

βœ”οΈOut of 19 people, only 2 had experienced Breathwork before.

That meant introducing a whole new world to the other 17.

A world where the breath becomes more than something we do automatically.
A world where we begin to understand its power, not only for physical performance, but also for emotional regulation, mental clarity, stress management, and overall wellbeing.

The second thing?

βœ”οΈI was reminded, once again, of the wonder of conscious breathing.

It happens every time I facilitate a workshop or work with a client 1:1.

I watch people discover that through something as simple and accessible as their breath, they can access parts of themselves that sit beyond logic and thinking.

A place of insight.
A place of connection.
A place of healing.

The breath sits at the intersection of mind, body, emotions, and spirit. 🌟

And when we begin to work with it intentionally, something shifts.

We realise we are often much closer to the clarity, healing, and wholeness we seek than we think. πŸ’ͺ

I feel incredibly grateful to have tools like these to share with others and to create little ripples of awareness, curiosity, and wellbeing wherever I go.

And of course, none of it would be possible without people who are willing to step into the unknown and try something different.

Thank you .northsydney and for your trust. πŸ™

I can't wait to come back.

Ps. If you've been curious about Breathwork, perhaps this is your sign to give it a go. πŸ˜‰

There’s something powerful that happens when we contribute,
when we choose to be part of something bigger than us. πŸ€©πŸ’–
That’s where meaning & purpose starts to come alive!

21/05/2026

I’ve been asking myself this question a lot over the last few years:
What can I give?
Because the more I reflect… the more I realise that life feels meaningful when we contribute.
When we move beyond ourselves,
and remember that we are part of something bigger.
A bigger organism…
one we call humanity 🀍
And it’s in that giving, that connection,
that life starts to feel fuller.

This is one of the reasons why I said yes to dancing for Stars of the North.
To contribute to a cause that, in one way or another, has touched all of us.
And for me, what matters most is the support the provides to people going through something that can be so life-changing, overwhelming, and at times… isolating.

So yes… I’ll be dancing πŸ˜„
Guided by the gorgeous .mckenzie.x
In front of 400 people
To the rhythm of Marc Anthony (pray for me 🀣)
With the intention of reaching (or even going beyond!) my goal of $10,000.

And so, I’ll ask you the same question:
Will you be my sponsor? πŸ₯°
In doing so, we get to contribute together…
to something bigger than both of us.

Thank you for being here.
And thank you, in advance, for your generosity 🀍
(Also… it’s tax deductible πŸ˜…)
Sending you a big, big hug,
Laura

It’s not always about doing too much, sometimes it’s about being disconnected from yourself for too long. πŸ™ˆπŸ«‚

17/05/2026

Many of my clients are constantly bracing for the next moment of chaos…
The next β€œemergency”
The next moment where they need to be fully ON
At work, at home, even in the quiet moments in between.
And over time, this becomes a habit.
A habit of not resting.
Of always being on alert.
Of living in a constant state of fight or flight.
Disconnected.
Dysregulated.
At the mercy of everything happening around them.
And then… the tiredness comes.
Not as a simple signal to rest (because of course you’re tired)…
but as something that lingers.
A constant companion.
One that quietly says:
β€œUntil you come back to yourself… I’ll be here.”
I see this all the time in my work.
Chronic tiredness isn’t always burnout.
Often, it’s misalignment.
A lack of self-prioritisation.
A slow drift into self-abandonment.
And I say this with so much compassion:
We are living in a quiet crisis of self-abandonment.
So maybe the question is not:
β€œHow do I manage more?”
But:
β€œWhere have I left myself behind?”
It’s time to come back.
It’s time to choose yourself ❀️!

P.S. If this resonates and you would like support, I’m here. Let’s have a chat and see if we’re a good fit. xx

Not everything inside you needs to be resolved immediately… πŸ’–
sometimes it just needs to be felt, witnessed, and allowed.

10/05/2026

Two emotions can co-exist.
Sadness and anger.
Grief and love.
Clarity and confusion.
Duality is part of being human.
Our role is not to suppress what we feel…
but to take responsibility for it.
To acknowledge what’s there,
to give it space,
to allow it to move through us.
And then… to keep living.
We are not here to be at the mercy of our emotions,
but to learn how to hold them,
to witness them,
and to move through them with awareness.
I’d love to know what this brings up for you πŸ’“!
Big hug,
Laura xx

Sometimes it’s not that life is moving too fast… it’s that we haven’t stopped to notice where we are.πŸ₯ΉπŸ’—

06/05/2026

I recently heard that sometimes we need to walk into the storm… like the bison.
Instead of running away from what feels hard, we face it head on.
Not to prove how strong we are…
but because it’s often the quickest way through.
And in that process, we learn.
We learn how to move through the storm, using the tools we already have.
It asks for self-awareness.
For presence.
For the willingness to stay.
Because the truth is…
we’re always going to face challenges.
And we always have a choice:
to face them, or to run.
Sometimes we run because it feels like too much.
But life has a funny way of bringing the same lesson back… just in a different form.
What changes everything is the moment you realise:
you get to choose.
You are the one shaping your path.
Leaving you with a little food for thought. ❀️
With immense love,
Laura

to not long ago… one of those days where I literally (and metaphorically πŸ˜„) walked into the storm

04/05/2026

We’re often so focused on what’s next… πŸ™ˆ
that we forget to honour everything we’ve already moved through.❀️
