One of the most beautiful parts about two years of social walks…
…is seeing how something so simple can grow into something so meaningful.
We first began hosting our walks in the Eastern Suburbs. But over time, we started noticing something.
There were more and more social clubs, walking groups and girl communities popping up around the CBD and Eastern Suburbs…
But not nearly enough in Western Sydney.
And that mattered to us.
Because Western Sydney is home.
It’s where most of our team was raised.
It’s where most of us still live.
And it’s where we knew women were also craving spaces to connect, move, and build friendships close to home.
So we pivoted.
We brought our walks back west and committed to hosting them locally, every month.
And in just four months, we’ve watched the Parramatta Sisterhood form so naturally.
Women of different ages, backgrounds and stages of life have gathered, walked, talked, laughed… and stayed.
That’s the beauty of community.
