Behind every good exercise program is the right equipment, but it’s not about having fancy gear for the sake of it.

From kettlebells and slam balls to the basics, we use different tools to match where you’re at and what you’re working towards.

Living with Myalgic encephalomyelitis/Chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) can make everyday activities feel complicated. Knowing when to move, how much to do, and when to ease back can be difficult to work out on your own.

EP360’s Beyond Fatigue Program supports people living with ME/CFS through an individualised approach to movement and exercise.

The program focuses on understanding your current capacity, building sustainable strategies, and working towards goals that matter to you. It’s not about pushing through or simply doing more, but finding an approach that considers where you are now.

Speak with the EP360 team to learn whether Beyond Fatigue may be suitable for you.

Good form isn’t about getting every movement perfect.

It’s about learning how to move in a way that feels right for your body and supports what you’re working towards.

Sometimes, a small adjustment can change how an exercise feels. That’s where having someone there to guide you can really help.

At EP360, our exercise physiologists watch how you move, offer practical cues and adjust exercises when needed, so your sessions are suited to you.

Because you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Having the right guidance can make each session feel more purposeful and help you get more from your training.

Train for everyday life.

Strength isn’t just about what happens during a workout. It can also support the everyday movements that help you stay active, getting out of a chair, carrying the groceries, climbing the stairs or keeping up with the things you enjoy.

As we get older, staying active and maintaining strength can become an important part of looking after our health and independence.

At EP360, our Living Longer Living Stronger program provides group strength classes led by accredited exercise physiologists, with exercises designed to suit different abilities, goals and needs.

Because exercise should have a place in your everyday life, not just in the gym.

Like many career journeys, Chris’ path into Exercise Physiology wasn’t something he had figured out straight after high school.

Having grown up playing sport and with a strong interest in health and wellbeing, he first studied Nutrition. But it didn’t take long for him to realise that exercise and physical activity were where his interests really lay.

That led him to study Exercise Physiology at UNSW, and almost 15 years later, he’s still passionate about helping people move, build healthier habits and work towards better health.

For Chris, it’s not just about exercise. It’s about understanding what works for each person and helping them make changes that fit into real life.

Small moments can tell a bigger story.

Every rep, every session, and every small adjustment adds up. Progress isn’t always about hitting a big milestone. Sometimes, it’s simply showing up, putting in the work, and getting a little stronger each time.

Our clients come to us for all kinds of reasons, recovering from injury, building strength, improving movement, or working towards a personal goal. What we love most is seeing that quiet determination week after week.

If you’ve been thinking about starting your own strength journey, the team at EP360 is here to support you, one session at a time.

Ever wondered what happens in your Exercise Physiology session?

Before we create an exercise program, we want to get to know you — how you move, what feels good, what doesn’t, and what you’d like to work towards.

Your session may include an assessment of your mobility, movement and areas affecting how you move.

But it’s not assessments and measurements. It’s a conversation about what you’ve been experiencing, your goals, and what you’d like to get back to doing.

If pain or reduced mobility is getting in the way, book an assessment with EP360 and let’s work out where to start.

Every exercise program starts with understanding the person behind it.

The right support begins with asking questions, listening carefully, and taking the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and what you want to achieve through movement.

Instead of starting with the exercises, we start with the conversation. From there, an evidence-based exercise program can be developed around your individual needs and adapted as your progress, abilities, and goals change over time.

Because meaningful progress isn't just about movement, it's about feeling heard, understood, and supported throughout your journey.

If you're ready to take the next step towards your health and movement goals, speak with an accredited Exercise Physiologist today.
