Nutritional Matters My mission is to help you solve your health problems, so you get to LIVE your best life! Don’t leave it too late – to make the change!

With a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine I believe and have learnt, that good health and good nutrition go hand in-hand. Having spent over 20yrs in the corporate working world I know how your health can suffer as a consequence of working long hours and juggling a busy travel schedule. Nothing is more rewarding for me now, than to help others like me turn their health around.

I’m very good at encouraging women to pay attention to their health. Taking my own advice? Sometimes that needs a little work.

I’ve certainly brushed off an ache or pain, assumed it would settle and carried on with my day.

Today is World Menopause Day, and this year’s theme - Chronic Pain at Midlife - is a timely reminder for me too.

Pain can affect our sleep, movement, work and enjoyment of life. While the menopause transition can be part of the picture, we shouldn’t assume every ache is hormonal or simply part of “getting older”. New or persistent pain deserves assessment.

So this is a gentle nudge to you and to myself to: make the appointment you’ve been putting off. Give yourself the attention you so readily give everyone else.

On Sunday 1 November, I’ll be joining Dr Polly Wilkie and Dr Judy Lovas for Women’s Wellbeing in Conversation at One Spirit Energy, Cremorne.

We’ll explore nourishment, body awareness and relaxation, with time for questions and conversation.

5 to 7 pm - $65 per person details and bookings via the link in my bio.

Midlife is not a decline. It’s a transition that deserves attention, education, and support.

Last week I spoke at the Women Leaders Institute about the conversation many workplaces need to have.

And now, as we step into Women’s Health Week, it’s the perfect reminder.
Hormones, brain fog, fatigue, poor sleep, weight gain, loss of confidence… these aren’t “personal issues.”

They directly impact performance, leadership, and wellbeing.

Lets continue to normalise this conversation.
Because when women are supported in midlife, everyone benefits.

“Grateful to be part of the Women Leaders Institute Summit in Sydney — two days of powerful conversations, connection, and leadership. Today I’m speaking into what matters deeply to me: women’s health, energy, and longevity.”

Winter is one of my favourite seasons to support clients.
It’s often the little things that make the biggest difference – warming teas, practitioner prescribed herbs, targeted nutrients were appropriate, nourishing food and making time to rest.

Rather than waiting until you’re feeling rundown, winter is a wonderful time to check in with your health and support your immune system before the season takes hold.

If you’d like:
🫖 Stock up on your Bodyguard tea.
🤓 Review your supplements.
🌿 Organise a personalised herbal tonic
📖 Book a winter wellness check-in.
I’d love to help you.
Wishing you a healthy, cozy winter.
Angela 🤍

“Quick oats aren’t necessarily the enemy “
Oats are one of my favourite breakfasts – especially as a cooler autumn mornings roll in. Warm, nourishing, affordable and packed with fibre to support energy, digestion and blood sugar balance. I was recently invited to comment in Body + Soul on the difference between rolled oats vs quick oats – and whether one is actually healthier than the other. Personally, I love simple rolled oats with cinnamon, berries and a little protein added. Which oat team are you – Rolled oats, Quick oats, Overnight oats or Sachet oats? Read the full article on oats - link in my bio above.
