Three things I’ve changed this week since the Body Intuition Collective | Physio designed Peri program retreat last weekend, and I can’t wait to keep adding more little micro habits as I go. Nothing dramatic. Nothing that requires a complete life overhaul. Just small things woven into a normal day.
1. I’m stomping up the stairs to the toilets at work.
Actually stomping. Deliberately. A little extra impact and loading for my bones, tucked into something I already do several times a day!
2. I’m adding a little more fibre to every meal. Not changing the whole meal, just adding to it. A few raspberries. A sprinkle of sunflower seeds. Chia seeds on toast. Tiny additions that barely feel like effort.
3. Creatine + water on the drive to work. Creatine goes into my water bottle and comes with me in the car. One less thing to remember later, plus the unexpected bonus of getting more hydration in early. We got to try a sample of the Biolae sachets at the retreat and they were so yummy I ordered them!
My biggest takeaway from the retreat? Middle age Women’s health doesn’t always have to come from doing more. Sometimes it’s about finding tiny opportunities inside the life you’re already living.
Stomp. Sprinkle. Sip. Repeat.
Three micro habits down. And I can’t wait to see what else I can sneak into my days. What’s a tiny health habit you’ve added that actually stuck?
