Our participants donā€™t just meet their support workers. Our Team Leaders and Managers personally visit and check in to make sure participants are happy, comfortable and receiving the support thatā€™s right for them.

And sometimes, a check-in turns into a coffee, a meal, a good laugh and some quality time together. ā˜•šŸ„° These moments help us build genuine relationships and give our participants the opportunity to tell us directly how they feel about their supports.
